Sharing videos or images in a support ticket

- If you are trying to send a video to one of our support agents that is over 20 MB you will need to upload is through Youtube or share it on Google Drive.
- To upload a video to Youtube you can follow this simple guide. Then you can link the video directly to the agent.
- If your file is less than 20MB then you can attach it in a support ticket using the "+Attach a file" button at the bottom of a new ticket.
