If you would like to send in your Range Click for us to determine calibration please follow the guidelines below:


1) Send an email to Techsupport@feedbacksports.com with the following information:

  • Name/ Address/ Phone Number
  • Brief summary of issue
  • Proof of purchase 

2) Send in Torque Wrench with RMA Number from Tech Support to address provided (If you do not have a RMA, there is a possibility the wrench will not be returned to you in a timely manner)


3) Allow ten business days from receipt of wrench for Customer Service to resolve issue.


4) Costs and shipping rates as determined by:

  • Pass Inspection, In Warranty- Feedback Sports returns customer’s torque wrench, shipping is paid for by customer.
  • Pass Inspection, Out of Warranty- Feedback Sports returns customer’s torque wrench, shipping is paid for by customer. 
  • Fail Inspection, In Warranty- Feedback Sports sends customer new wrench, shipping paid by company.
  • Fail Inspection, Out of Warranty- 
    • Customer can buy replacement wrench, shipping paid by Feedback Sports
    • Customer can have old wrench back, shipping paid by Feedback Sports. 
      • Feedback Sports to dispose of old wrench if customer does not want it returned.


5) Upon payment receipt, allow up to a week for shipping back to customer. Calibration results in paper and digital form included with tracking.
