Will the E Lift work unplugged?

Yes! The column uses a mechanism switch to keep it engaged so not having power will not lower the stand if it is up in the air.

My E Lift is going up when I press the down switch, or going down when I press the up switch. How do I solve this?

Try a reset- See owners manual for information- Hold the down switch for 10 seconds until you hear a series of beeps.

Try a hard reset- See owners manual for information 

Can I wash my bike with stand?

We advise against this due to the nature of the machine as well as the potential to damage the electrical system and risk to personal injury.

Can I use a power converter?

If for some reason you need to travel to other countries, the power converter will work for most outlets. However please buy the cord from your country's distributor for the most ideal lifespan of the E Lift as we have not tested long term use of a power converter.
